Rules & Regulations

  1. Bingo Game is in accordance with the Public Lotto Ordinance (cap. 70) Tombla (Bingo) Regulations 2000.      
  2. Persons under 18 (eighteen) years of age are not allowed to enter and participate in a Tombola (Bingo) game.
  3. Mobile phones must be put on vibrate so as to avoid disturbance to other patrons.
  4. The numbers in a winning combinations are 15 (fifteen)
  5. The winning sequence of number are announced through public drawing.
  6. The game is conducted with 90 (ninety) special balls numbered from 1 to 90 (  both numbers included ) and special Bingo scoresheets each having 3 rows with 9 boxes in each row. Out of the 27 boxes only 15 numbers are printed ( 5 in each row).
  7. Random balls are drawn subsequently from the gaming machine and each player follows whether his/her bingo scoresheet contains the number drawn. And if it does marks the number on the scoresheet.
  8. The main prizes are ‘Line’ and ‘Bingo’, the game might be conducted solely for one of the two prizes after the circumstance has been officially announced to all the participants in the game.
  9. The prize ‘Line’ is won when 5 ( Five ) winning numbers in one of the three rows in the Bingo scoresheet are drawn.
  10. The player who first announces the ‘Line’ or ‘Bingo’ is the winner.
  11. The announcement of the ‘Line’ or ‘Bingo’ must be done in a loud voice and in a way to be noticed by the hosts attending the game.
  12. If not announced, prizes for ‘Line’ or ‘Bingo’ are not paid.
  13. If more than one ‘Line’ or ‘Bingo’ is announced simultaneously, the prizes shall be distributed equally among the winners.
  14. The winner of ‘Line’ or ‘Bingo’ MUST have the last number drawn on their scoresheet.
  15. Prizes won will be distributed in cash immediately after each game.
  16. The selling prize of the bingo scoresheets is determined by the management.
  17. The condition of the game is directed by the Bingo hall manager who controls the observance of the gaming rules and the internal regulations and the security of the hall.
  18. The player is entitled to buy the amount of  Bingo scoresheets he wishes.
  19. NB. The player CANNOT choose the cards.
  20. All disputes arising during / on the occasion of conducting the game or distribution and / or payment of the prizes shall be settled by the bingo hall manager.
